This is a step-by-step guide to walk Loophire clients through the new updates on the platform. It's kind of like an account manager - but automated.
We've got some massive updates happening on the Loophire platform, and we felt it would be beneficial for all of our users to see a step-by-step guide on how to navigate the new features.
We promise our platform is still super easy to use, but we've got some fancy new automation features that we feel are worth explaining, and will make the hiring process far more efficient.
First things first, when you log into the employer side of Loophire, it will look like this:
You can access the company settings/information by using the “company” button on the left side menu. When you click on the “jobs” button on the left side menu, this is the screen that will show.
You’ll be able to look at all of the jobs we’ve worked on together on the page above. The ones that we are currently working on will have the “actively recruiting” button on the card, as shown.
Once you click on the job card, it will take you to this screen where you can see the candidates that we’ve matched over for you.
The candidate card on the screen above acts like the job card on the previous screen.
When you click on the card it will take you to the candidate profile, which will look like this.
You can review their personality type, skills chart, and work experience here. The highlights section will have the info collected by the Loophire team about your candidate that isn’t on the resume. Using the yellow box in the top right-hand corner, you can decide if you’d like to interview them or not.
If you do not wish to interview that candidate, press “no” and this screen will pop up:
Here you’ll want to enter some feedback as to why you aren’t interested in interviewing the candidate. Your feedback is very important information so we can better qualify future candidates and get the right one matched sooner.
**Remember: It’s easier for us to find you the perfect candidate if we know what your definition of the perfect candidate is :)
BUT If you click “Yes” and want to interview the candidate, this screen will pop up:
In the yellow box on this screen, you’ll be able to see the candidate's interview availability. You will put in two proposed interview dates/times, and your interview method information will automatically fill in with the location, zoom link or phone interview option. These details are now added to your profile in the settings tab.
After you choose your interview times, your job page will look like this until the candidate confirms the time:
Then you can click on the candidate match again, and your screen will look like this:
As you can see in the top right corner, that green box will have your proposed interview dates/times. It will also tell you how long until the interview starts.
Your side of the dashboard will look like this until the candidate either accepts or rejects your proposed interview times. Although it won’t happen often, if the candidate rejects the interview times you’ll receive an email that looks like this:
**Note: It’s pretty rare that you would receive this message because the Loophire team gets the candidate’s interview availability before you choose your dates and times, but we want to include it just in case.
You will receive this message when the candidate accepts your interview time:
This email will give you all of the information you’ll need about when/where/whom you’re interviewing, and you can even add the interview to your calendar using one of the blue buttons on that email :)
These new features will allow us to better manage the interview process and continue our quest to create the best hiring experience in the world.
